Hillsboro Arts & Crafts Fair is always on the lookout for new, exciting, and innovative arts and crafts. Download our vendor application, fill it in, and return it with payment by April 15, 2009 to be considered for our juried show.

Booth cost is $90 for each 10 foot by 10 foot street space purchased (no limit), $75 for an 8 foot by 16 foot sidewalk space and $150 for an 8 foot by 24 foot sidewalk space.

Tents are allowed in the street only, unless otherwise notified, and sidewalk displays can be no higher than four feet.

Buy/Sell

The Hillsboro Arts & Crafts Fair is a juried show. We do not accept buy/sell items in the show, and if you are found to have these items in your booth, you will either be asked to remove them, or will not be accepted into future shows.

We depend on other vendors for help in finding buy/sell items. Please let us know if there is someone selling buy/sell items, who they are, and where their booth was/is located.

If you are accused of having buy/sell items at our fair, you will be given the opportunity to provide documentation that your items are hand made.

This documentation will include, but is not limited to pictures or video showing you making your art or craft, pictures of your supplies, and copies of receipts for materials.
